I am one of the luckiest daughters in the world. My Dad has always been there for me and my sister. I consider him a father and a friend. I have already learned so very much from him and feel like as the years go by I continue to learn more and more. He has taught me to be independent and follow my dreams, live a more sustainable lifestyle, how to fish and hunt, and how to be a better partner in my marriage. Happy Father's Day Dad! I love you so very much...
What a lovely blog! I found you because you linked to me. I rarely check my stats, but am so happy I did. Really really sweet. Congratulations to your hubs on finishing law school. I know it's no small thing and I remember the day I graduated as being pretty awesome. And, also, congratulations to you both for taking on a new life in the wilds. xo
ReplyDeleteOh thank you, how sweet! Robin, reading your blog has been so wonderful since we've arrived back in Alaska. It has been a bit sad to leave Seattle after having lived there for three years and your blog entries have brought some of Seattle into our cabin kitchen up North. It is almost blueberry season and I can't wait to try the blueberry flax muffins you posted back in May. Enjoy the rest of your Seattle summer!
